SCHEDULE
First week: 2.7.-9.7.
Second week: 9.7.-16.7.
Third week: 16.7.-23.7.
Suitable for beginners and more experienced Astanga practitioners.

PROGRAM
Weekly speacial
- Yoga Philosophy / Janne Kontala (1st and 2nd weeks)
- Yoga Sutras / Måns Broo (3rd week)
- Ayurveda concultations may be possible if Ayurvedic doctor Kavita can join the Retreat
The Summer Yoga Retreat at Houtskar is international, teaching and meetings will be in English
Meeting (Saturday)
- try to arrive between 12-18 pm
- room delivery starts at 12 am
- evening meal at 17:30-19pm
- weekly meeting at 19:15-20pm

Morning Yoga practice (Sun-Fri)
- Mysore style (1-2hrs between 5am - 9am)
- as a total beginner you can also start your Astanga Yoga practice in the Retreat
Afternoon
- questions in private with the teachers
- group discussions and meetings
- Yoga playground (technique exercises)
- Pranayama (breathing exercises)
- arranged day trips (with extra charge)
- volley ball field, you can also bring your own freetime games
Evening
- sauna every day/evening
- Yoga and India videos
- meditation every other evening
- relaxation
And more...
- we will make the Retreat together: we will heat up the Sauna and keep the Yoga Shala, Dining room, Sauna and our private rooms clean by ourselves
- this will be Karma Yoga e.g. Yoga of work for each others, and this is part of the Retreat program
- Astanga Yogashop will be also present in the Retreat
- Yoga mats, books etc. available
CUISINE
Delicious yogic vegetarian meals four times a day:
- breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner
- the menu is planned by professional cooks who are yogis themselves
- dairy free option always available (dairy products are all in all used only in small quantities)
