PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Houtskar Folk Highschool retreat prices (accommodation, meals, assisted teaching) and Yoga prices (Juha's and Petri's program and teaching) have been split into their own tables, because the payment of these prices will be made to two different accounts.

Retreat price should be paid to the Houtskar Folk Highschool (either to School Account or by cash) and
Yoga price should be paid to Astanga Yoga School Account.

NOTE WELL

There is a limited number of house accommodation, so people taking part of the yoga practice have a priority upon registration.

  • You will not be reimbursed for unattended days.
  • In house accommodation only full week registrations are possible.
  • Houtskar Folk School rules include an arrangement payment of 50 euros per every yoga student per week
    even if the student has separate lodging or attends only part of the week.
  • Extra days are possible in a tent, boat or mobile home accommodation - and please note what is mentioned above.
  • We will create the athmosphere of the retreat together, which includes taking part to small karma yoga tasks such as heating the sauna and maintaining cleanliness in the shala, canteen and individual rooms.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

You should make three separate payments altogether:

  • Deposit, transfer to the Astanga Yoga School account
  • Final Yoga price, to Astanga Yoga School account (or by cash when arriving to Retreat)
    1. It is also possible to pay the full Yoga price e.q.
      1. deposit + 2. final yoga price together to
      the Astanga Yogaschool account
  • Retreat price, to the Houtskar Kyrkliga Folkhögskolan account
    (or by cash when arriving to Retreat)
DEPOSIT

Deposit is paid of the Yoga price and upon reservation,
we will serve you to plan your travel details only after the deposit is paid:

  • 200 € / person, 2-3 weeks reservation
  • 100 € / person, 1 week reservation

For children under 13 years the deposit is not required.

Note: your reservation is fully confirmed once you have paid the deposit and got confirmation (e-mail or call) of your accommodation.
